A bold, Asian-inspired chicken salad wrap with two layers of flavor. Diced chicken tossed with a creamy Greek yogurt-sriracha dressing, layered over a tangy slaw dressed in sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger and mayo, all rolled in a whole-grain tortilla. Each wrap delivers 2 oz eq whole grain, 2 oz eq m/ma, ¼ cup vegetable and 20 grams of protein.
Directions
- Thaw chicken and tortillas overnight.

salt until thoroughly combined. - Add chicken to dressing, and using a spatula, toss to coat.

garlic, and salt. - Add coleslaw mix and fold to coat thoroughly.

a #12 disher of chicken on top. Pull the bottom of the tortilla over the chicken and slaw,
pull back, fold in sides, then roll like a burrito. - Wrap in checkered paper, and slice diagonally for service. Serve 1 wrap (2 halves) per student.
