Ingredients
A traditional Indian yogurt drink reimagined for the breakfast or lunch lines. Sweet frozen mango blends with full-fat plain yogurt and whole milk, finished with a sprinkle of warm, fragrant cardamom. Each 10-oz cup brings 1 oz eq m/ma and ½ cup fruit.
Directions
- Day before service, thaw half of the mango overnight.

Blend using an immersion blender until pureed and smooth. - Pour 10 fl oz smoothies into 12 fl oz cups. Sprinkle with cardamom. Serve one smoothie to each student.
